Delete your Bunny Rewards account
You can delete your account and your family's data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Sign in as the parent on the Bunny Rewards app.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Or request deletion by email
Email info [at] bytebunny [dot] comfrom the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The parent account and sign-in identity (email, name).
- All child profiles (names, avatars) and their stars, tasks, and history.
- All chat messages and uploaded photos, videos, and voice messages.
- Push-notification tokens and app preferences.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You stay in control of individual data too, right from the app:
- A child's profile and data— Settings → Manage children → delete the child. This removes the child's profile, stars, history, and media.
- Tasks, rewards, and categories — delete them any time from their screens.
- Photos, videos, and voice messages — on the Basic plan they auto-delete after 30 days (configurable per family).
- Anything else — email info [at] bytebunny [dot] comand we'll delete the specific data within 30 days.
What is kept, and for how long
- Billing records (Stripe invoices/receipts, if you had Premium) — kept as required by tax and accounting law, typically up to 10 years. They contain no children's data.
- Encrypted backups — deleted data leaves our backup rotation within 7 days.
